Before the session

  • Bring your own towel!
  • Have a shot of espresso.
  • Do not forget the water because you will need it.

After the session

  • Piece together the dumbbell set.
  • Following items should be ready on each corner for the next group:
    • 2 bars
    • 4 stop discs
    • 8x1kg discs
    • 4x2kg discs
    • Z bar
    • Straight bar
