Before the session
- Bring your own towel!
- Have a shot of espresso.
- Do not forget the water because you will need it.
After the session
- Piece together the dumbbell set.
- Following items should be ready on each corner for the next group:
- 2 bars
- 4 stop discs
- 8x1kg discs
- 4x2kg discs
- Z bar
- Straight bar
